The Rising Sun Cardio
Kickboxing Class is a high energy non-contact cardiovascular workout, which
tones every muscle in your body. This
is a Fitness Kickboxing class for adults. Cardio Kickboxing combines music
and excitement with martial arts techniques, making it a fun way to get in
shape and stay in shape.

The class is 100% pure adrenaline, you’ll sweat like crazy and have a lot of fun.

You don't have to wear a uniform but we do recommend comfortable workout clothing.

We have many classes and times to choose from each week and your first week is absolutely free.
Our classes are designed for all levels from
beginner through advanced. The classes begin with basic warm ups
followed by basic punching and kicking, then the class
progresses into more challenging combinations. We encourage all
beginners to follow along with the class and take as many breaks
as needed. Your first two classes are usually the hardest and
then you become accustomed to the combinations and will not need
to take as many breaks.
You'll feel great, lose weight, have fun, stay motivated and build muscle tone fast.
If you are tired of the same boring routine at the gym,
or just looking for a way to stay in shape, our program is for you.
Remember to wear something comfortable and bring a towel.
You are also welcome to bring a friend or family member
with you. Many studies have shown that people who train with someone else
stick to it longer and get better results!
